Managing Associate of FIVELEX Studio Legale e Tributario. He began practising in 2011 in a leading Italian tax and law firm, where he was made senior associate since 2017.

He provides tax assistance mainly to domestic and foreign multinational groups, private equity funds, real estate industry players, insurance companies and banks. His areas of expertise include corporate and group taxation, international taxation, tax planning, M&A and reorganisation transactions, real estate taxation, financial taxation, transfer pricing, assistance in pre-litigation procedures and tax litigation.

He serves as Statutory Auditor of leading industrial and financial companies.

He is the author of publications on tax law matters and he often speaks at conferences, seminars and post-graduate tax courses.

Member of technical commissions with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors and of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
