Her practice mainly focuses on corporate governance, banking, finance, commercial and insurance advisory services. She also gained experience on M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 concerning criminal liability of legal entities. Before joining the firm in 2018, she worked with other leading International law firms and gained secondment experiences in insurance companies and one Italian listed company.
