The Firm’s assistance to clients includes the devising of IP protection strategies, the administrative phases aimed at filings domestic and international applications for protection and/or issuance of industrial property rights (e.g., trademarks, patents, etc.),  representation in all administrative litigation phases (e.g., opposition proceedings); and ongoing monitoring of the client's overall IP asset portfolio to detect potential counterfeit conducts.

The Firm has specific expertise in the protection of Intellectual Property on electronic networks and platforms, with particular reference to digital markets and technological scenarios, providing specialized legal assistance services for copyright protection - among others - with respect to the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies.

In both areas (Industrial Property and Copyright), FIVELEX's activities include the preparation and negotiation of contracts for assignment, licensing, distribution, franchising, merchandising, sponsorship, advertising, and technology transfer, in light of specific industry regulations.
